I survived intact, but it was a pretty horrific final paper. Everyone found it hard though.

WhimsyChick - I seem to remember us discussing degree systems previously, but I'm not sure I ever explained satisfactorily. It's a pretty odd system, where we have four broad passing categories. 1st, 2i, 2ii amd 3rd, 1st being the best. It used to make a lot more intuitive sense before they scrapped the '4th' and split the '2nd'. Who knows if there was any method to their madness...</description>
